SURVEY KEPUASAN PEMUSTAKA

Sebagai bagian dari upaya peningkatan kualitas Perpustakaan UNISSULA, maka perpustakaan berupaya menjaring feedback dari pemustaka dengan melakukan survey kepuasan pemustaka secara berkala. Survey berisi mengenai evaluasi terkait fasilitas, layanan, koleksi dan SDM.
